How to Accelerate Growth on Existing Customers

We used to have this bundle, the product bundles, which a lot of sales companies have. And we realized two things that these bundles created a lot of frustration for existing customers. They wanted like one feature from the gold package, but they didn't want their bill to grow by 300%. That was one thing. The other thing was that when we looked at our top 20 accounts who were paying us like north of $50,000 per year, most of them started paying like $4,000 or $5,000 peryear. So it made sense to kind of lower the threshold to make like the initial decision as straightforward as possible for new customers. Then we moved to this pricing model
