You can do this on a daily basis. You'd have a weekly schedule. But I think actually doing this where there's a certain seasonal rhythmicity to it is kind of nice. And it puts you closer to the earth, if you will, thinking more about where the food ultimately is coming from. If you've got kale, one day go for spinach the next. Go for a spring mix the day after that. Make sure that you get a few different kinds of fruit in there.
