The Hunger Signal Is Something That's Good for Me

Fasting is a good way to re-frame the experience of being hungry. It's not wildly enjoyable, but it's not that bad. When i'm hungry my energy goes up while i'm hungry,. I find that i'm more alert. I find that my thoughts are quicker. And i think, a this is good for me. This is something i'm supposed to be doing and i'm going to look forward to having my food in an hour's time or whatever.
