I saw a friend recently posted the quote “currently out working my self doubt”. It’s so simple and so profound. No matter what you want to achieve, self-doubt can hold you back. If you commit to consistent practice and preparation, your self-doubt will fade away. In this episode, I share how structuring your time, putting reps in regularly, and focusing on the effort, not the outcome, can help you outwork your self-doubt. None of us start out as masters, personally I don't even know if I've come close to putting out my best work at all in this lifetime, I’m just getting started. This is that reminder along the way that if you want to not feel doubtful about yourself anymore, all you have to do is to put in the work.
