If you're well on the way to getting the dialysis and you're GFRs 10 or 5, I think we're all going to realize there's issues. These patients are very sensitive to NSAIDs. In fact, lately, I think there's been an epidemic of hypertension. The last couple years, I'm seeing more hypertension than ever. And most many people go on NSAIDs if they're baseline creatinine is slightly elevated when 30, 140, 150. So people have mild renal insufficiency at a problem. It can very easily happen because of pharmacodynamic interactions
