Are You Sure You're Putting Down That Roof Right?

Doing the job versus producing what's expected of me become two different things, because i don't have the control to produce it. Where i had value is won by making sure i'm laying the bricks exactly one brick at a time. And then i need to look at the roof guy. If the roof guyis not laying down the roof right, i can't go up there. So i think, you know, charliey, where do you find the intersection between being responsible and accountable for what you are? What does that look like? Imagine a world where you are able to operate at the intersection of both.
