Technology can help us communicate to the default step. There are so much good pening right now, and so much that i've actually been pleasantly surprised by. But there have been pockets of opportuniss that are sort of feeding into the frenzy. And the fear and discomfort are just making us go through a whole bunch of extra hoops.
