Trying the Big 21 Programme at Danjohn University?
Mike is asking for the overhead press, front squats and dead lis. I know this isn't the original big 21 programme exercises but as a strong man competiter, these exercises are more in line with my current sport and weaknesses. We've done it up to twice, and i got to tell you, for jusgas ther, was that second one when the numbers were perfectly dialed. That seemed to be better than a 90 % of the crap we were doing.
