When you have a team that's aligned on something for really, you can kind of tell because there is a consistency to it. I always thought about that in the recruiting context as an asset. People know what they're supposed to do. And here I'm kind of seeing for the first time, it's also an asset in a sales time. They can all talk about where Dropbox business is going. Maybe two years ago, we all had individual Dropbox's but where we are today, where we were going was bringing it together in sort of a Dropbox that could be shared.
