lucid dreaming is really powerful working with stress and trauma. It's also related to the finding they find in all of these studies around meditation mindfulness, just the act of thinking you're doing something that's helping you. 81.3% of the 25 martial artists got better at martial arts in the lucid dream. I embarrassingly was one of the 19% that didn't go.
