mindfulness as a concept is, you know, there are many, many ways that people think about mindfulness these days. So here i like to break it down to what the concrete components are. And it's really about awareness and curiosity. If we can see our minds, for example, probably 95 % of waking life wer we're acting out some habit. But if you just take a habit perspective, would i rather know that i've got a habit that's not helping me flourish? Or would i rather not know? I don't know. You know, can be scary to look in, look to lean in, or iturn toward. We can only avoid things so much.
