The Anatomic Hierarchy of Strength

A common mistake, even at a high level, is to not realize that your core is the strongest part of your body. With almost every move, you want to find a way to engage your cores rather than just using your arms or your legs. You're going to get a lot more horse power if you harness the power of your hips. Driving my hips up into my partner's neck was one of the best things that a really amplified my choking pressure. Yeas, this is something i'd love to talk about in a future episode.
