What's the Difference Between Support and Customer Service?

Support and service are not that different. Maybe there's occasionally things that a human operator working at the company can handle that you can't handle, and so you have to write to request that. And i think for us, except for those very kind of rare and occasional things, for the most part, if we haven't made a way to do it inapt yet that's not quite a ga. Call it a gap in the product, i would say.
