How to Set Up a Crossfit Competition

Crossfit they make a lot of changes but it's just very rarely those that makes it. I'd be interested to hear people in the comments how you would set it up because I think that something should change. And if you're in the comments and you have a complaint at least present a solution right. Like that was I've thought out the solution clearly.
