The big recap is just encompassing the entirety of the conversation. The individualized ones, honestly, I only personalized them based on what they had said that I can pull in a gong report because those follow up emails take a long time. And so there are a couple elements that I actually want to go back to. A lot of people think multi threading means having multiple people involved in a deal. But what you're doing is two things. Number one, as you're multi threading, you are keeping the lines separate so that you have multiple threads that you can call on individually.
