How to Improve Your Running Technique
I've always been interested generally in human and human movement as it applies in school and exercise. I quite like the black and white element that comes with the maths and biomechanics is essentially applied maths in a sport context. It's just adding to that human element of, well, we're not robots. So you can't just look at the biomechanics. But from a physiology perspective, obviously how we move is going to have some some consequence to that physiology into that performance. so I like that blend and balance to try and understand that the human in in sport and exercise.
