Is Your Body Ready for Sleep?

If you're changing your sleep time all the time, your body doesn't know when to begin the process of falling asleep. If you start going to bed at the same time every night, your body actually gets you ready for sleep about two hours before. That's when the first chemicals get released. So if I'm going to bed every night at 10 30, my body knows that at 8 30, even if I am out with my family eating ice cream, my brain will start releasing the chemicals that will allow me to go to sleep at 10 30. And then making sure that you associate putting your head on the pillow with sleep alone is super important.
