The point that you're moving at slowest is probably the hardest point in the lift, right? I think that's a pretty natural chain of logic that people often follow. A lot of training ideas around sticking points are to target those ranges of motion. And so where that bar is decelerating, that's actually where your putting the least amount of force into the bar. That is basically right at the very bottom of the lift.
