The Importance of Setting Intentions
A lot of big and small things have happened within the past couple of weeks and months as well where I got engaged. All of that combined has just been so freeing. And one day when I was sitting on my toilet, I was just like, wow, the theme of the past month has been the word free. That's also why setting intentions is so important because sooner or later you're literally setting a very solid inner compass. Even if you aren't aware of it, you're unconsciously trying to get there.
