The Long Run Is the Most Important Session

I offer one-on-one running sessions. I would encourage you not to increase your runs by any more than 10% every fortnight. As we get a little bit further out with the distances that we're running, you don't want to go from running 20K to 35K and just assume that's a normal transition. The long run is the most important session. It can be anyone that you're interested, anyone that you trust in the running world, ask them how to lay out a plan.
