Isolating a Problem

The only reason why someone is going to buy your product o service is because something is missing. Our brain has been designed to keep us out of trouble so that we survive. We can't really bring out the problem when you're trying to speak to this vast number of people. So what we have is a real person, a us, an isolated problem, not problems with your computer, but rebooting for no reason,. and then a solution - which is you control the reboot.
