Freelancers - Why Not Just Go Higher?
Gochegocegoc: We have around 60% full time employes, and then forty % wide range of labor. So it is a ten 99. It's a temper w two temps, and then there's free lancers in there. And so if you can build a model that accommodates all of those, and that's what we've tried to do,. Gochegocec: I hear from a lot of leaders why they don't hire people for their culture. But i just think the same thing happens with free lance teers - it's easier for them to stay with you in a free lands rather than being full time.
