Michael Wolraich: Power does have a way of decentralizing even after we do the work to spread it out. He says organizations need to think about how is authority going to be structured differently. The more explicit, the more clear those rules and guardrails are, he says. "Formality and clarity are really the friend of decentralization," said Wolraich.
