The supreme court has only had, i think, three cases where someoy, somebody, an official's conduct has been held not to get qualified immunity. And one of them was a case called hopevisus peltzer, where prison officials decided to punish people by using what i guess is called the hitching post. So they were out in the sun, and they basily punished them when they, you know, didn't obey some sort of prison rule.
