The Effects of Age on Muscle Strength

The unconditioned male in midlife is at greatest risk of a muscle strain injury. That reflects the midlife crisis and trying to keep up with the with with life. And I know that even the people who don't train and then take up some exercise and get injured more often than those who try to maintain their training. It's entirely possible that you have changes in the different types of collagen or the proportions, and either at the my tendons junction or the muscle - we really don't know.
