And so the confidence itself, the confidence that the brain is generating when you do that, also, am slowly climbs up. All those factors just a focus you towards like recovering better, having an ideal recovery. As if someone was to not run for a couple of weeks and then try and start running, the brains telling themselves, or should we be doing this? Like, should we? What about there's a littlebit of pain? And then they start to get a little bit anxious. The brain starts to deliver
