Iso Alpha Acids - Utilization

On a home brew scale, you can get a little bit better utilization than most commercial brewers. You're not going to get more than like 40% of the alpha acids to actually isomerized. Heat and time are the biggest influencers whenever I say that. So if we're talking about increasing or decreasing utilization, it's heat and time.
