What's Happening During Slow Wave Sleep?

Most growth hormone released happens during slow wave sleep. By the time you're 60, for most people, the amount of growth hormone that you are producing is 15% of what it was when you were younger. There's also a bit of danger not to go into a different topic, but there's also some dangers of growing cancerous cells in tissues as we get older.
