Exercise, preferably with weird equipment. Try and stretch. Learn about some fundamentals of stretching. There are chemicals released in your body when you exercise that promote mental wellness. When something hurts, it may be uncomfortable to start moving it. But actually movement is the thing that will help it the most. We move away from the pain so that we don't experience the pain. And ultimatelly, our life gets smaller and smaller and smaller to avoid the thing that's bothering us.
