When you're an adult going back into that childhood environment, but you can curate it. Curating your environment for me is a key thing. And I think it's having that conversation and literally just saying it from their perspective. So again, just plan in advance and be firm. If they see a chink in the armour, then it's going to cause more upset and issue and pressure. But there's countless ways when it won't go into detail.
