The Importance of Foot and Knee Joint Loading
There's been a lot of research done over lots of years to understand what normal walking looks like and how our joints move normally. The inference from that is that the foot has an important role to play in knee loading and potentia ripe opportunity for intervention. To actually measure force inside the knee joint, we'd have to put a censer inside someone's knee. And i don't know about you, but i wouldn't be signing up for that type of research myself.
