What Is Happening During Procrastination?

Procrastination is almost always coming from coercive motivation systems that create these oscillating motivation. You can heal that by creating non-corrosive motivation systems based around self love and creative tension. The tool I like to use here is called the 30 second decision. This is assuming again that there's not like huge uncertainty around the task that I want to look at to make a decision. And once you realize that they're really close in value, it doesn't really matter which one you choose because they're all close in value. Because why am I wasting time when when everything is equal in value so that's just like a little a little trick there around a decision.
