How Long Does It Take to Make Significant Body Composition Changes?
There is no general am, you know, perfect body fat percentage that guarantees optimal health or performance for everybody. One or two percent body fat change per month is considered pretty darn good. As an untrained person, if you have a very long a history of being a runner, you're looking to just change that final one or two %. That's where its going to be more difficult for you.
