In 2020, you published your biography of Thralon Burns, the last imperialist. What interested me about Burns was he was an unapologetic defender of empire way into the 20th century. I wrote the biography because I found him a compelling figure. There were all his papers sitting in an attic in Chelmsford and a classic kind of British thing.
