What Made You Interested in Health and Wellness?

When my mother was diagnosed with stage for overian cancer, she a, she really opened the door to an alternative, a modality of treatment. And so i began to look at self in a bigger way, looking at my my well being from a broader lens. So that got me curious, and i went down the rabbit hole of reading a thousand books and listening to picat. That's what really did it great.
