How Much Carbs an Hour Are You Tolerating?
I found for me 250 mils of liquid an hour I could handle quite well. So my aim was when I measured things out into my soft flask that I used to dissolve my carbs into and then over that hour I would just gradually consume it. It's like okay yeah 15, 20 minutes in something then next 20 minutes something you know kind of nice and consistent not too long of gaps. But that was a progression over a number of weeks to get there.
