Lou what are your thoughts on using the Anderson squat starting from the squat from the bottom as a max effort exercise thank you Tim hi TimWe do a lot of that if you see picture our gym or maybe on the internet guys put it up I don't know because i don't get on but we suspend everything in chains call underneath it's either a good morning or a squat  a lot of times one of the very very difficult things is you set a box in there so you call underneath
