The Effect of Propopal on Seizures
The onset of hypnosis after a dose of two point five milligrams per kilogram, as i said before, is about 20 seconds. The peak effect is at 90 seconds, the e d 50. Propophal can suppress seizures, but interestingly, can also cause them. It will decrease cerebral profusion pressure and decreases intra ocular pressure by 30 to forty %. Probophal may also have some cardio-protective effects at higher doses. And this is probably more commonly seen when used in combination with inhaledhetics.
