"I wanted to be in your head for a year because change takes time," says author Daniel Treisman. The book is 366 short essays on the most important things he's ever said over 40 years as a psychiatrist. Every day it's about a 300 word essay that I write and then there's an action step. "If you could spend five minutes a day with me and my psychiatrist's office or would I teach you over that? Yeah."
I am thrilled to have my pal Dr. Daniel Amen back on the show for a third time to talk about his brand new book, Change Your Brain Every Day. Vic and I have been working through this book - and let me tell you, it’s so accessible, no matter how busy you are! In this conversation, Dr. Amen gives us some daily habits we can begin for better brain health, and offers his unique perspective on why brain health is just as important as physical health.
