How Do We Go Up Market?

We were doing more marketing and we were getting more customers, but we kept getting more of the same customers. So I had to unfortunately fire the whole marketing team when we were spending about a million dollars a year on marketing. In order for us to do outbound, we need and go up market. We need five, 10, 20, 50 K ACVs. But transitioning was a very, very big like it's like moving a cruise liner. You got to go slow and you got to put a lot of effort to even make small turns.
