I do think there's like a perfect storm that's been forming for at least like 10 years around this. The idea of the pop up restaurant, like soften the ground for everybody to understand it. Then you sort of have this cultural storm of like every, and what you talked about earlier, of like fracturing, right? Everybody's wants to identify their community, their group, right? It's Twitter effect. Like I only want to live in my chamber, my echo chamber, my club. And then the third factor is like the labor factor.
