Employees say they're leaving because they don't feel valued at work. The employer is saying, hey, people must be leaving for a better job and better pay. It's that everything that was outside of them that allowed them to point the finger at someone else. "I'm hopeful we can help that without maybe poking them in the eye so much," he says.
