Anxiety Is a Long Term Strike

I find that i make other people feel less sociancious by just vocalizing my own social n in the situation, and how i don't realy know what to say. I think really hiping ourselves up to have that willingness to feel anxiety is huge. But we may be in a place where it's really new for us, so we need some handrails. The more willing we are to feel whatever we feel, the more we tend to learn and feel free like we're not fighting with our experience.
