I ran a private equity firm for about six years and I hated it primarily because I was trying to provide money and expertise. So what I ended up doing is winding it down and he basically tried to find a business where he could actually stay home and be local with his four kids, family and his wife. And so in 2004, basically I joined a building company with the intent to basically invest and basically buy into the building and the development company.
