80% of restaurants go bankrupt in their first five years. The great experience is created by consistent messaging and leadership from the management, creating a standard. We can't be dependent on any one individual staff to lead our restaurant forward. Versu oshould do ethe. Absolut mustrs. Every guest you enter act with, we must do this. It sounds easy, but to me, as a consumer cagin, i'm eating atthese restaurants. Nine times out of ten, if i walk into a restaurant it's not necessarily, you know, very nice, but the food is amazing,. I'm going back because of the food.
