Post Farm Anxiety

After the birth of her son, Ami struggled with post farm anxiety. She tried to lose weight by eating more nutriant foods and cutting out carbs. But as soon as she started doing kitoano it all came back. After a significant amount of therapy i realized that when I was over exhausted, i would reach for sugary foods which helped me keep my energy up. And so at that point i got to a point where i had to stop every pound  that i'd put on because there was just no way we could get through this together.
