Is Refampin a Good Choice for Treatment of TB?

There's a lot of things going into that obviously you have a large international population being treated for TB. I also press like the stop button on refampin for any patients with opioid use disorder and that's really a patient safety issue. Other serious drug interactions often include anti-ballepic, phenotone, carbonate, and especially in a patient with ongoing and controlled seizures.
