Do You Know How to Do a Back Squat?
The squat one on one program is going with dumbbells or kettlebells up the rack one day down the rack the next day and up and down on the hard third day. I would need some leaning out because my weak point has been my back, so that's a good workout for me. The editor we talked on the phone for clarity goes none of our readers can do anything you say and I'm like what do you mean by that? Nobody back squats which is funny when you think I'll when this article is written.
