What Are Your Core Beliefs?
I'd love to talk about core beliefs, which is something that you speak a lot about in your book and how they shape who we become. For example, based on our childhood, if we were for some reason thinking that we had two parents that were working so hard and didn't show their children much love when they were young. So then the child grows up with this belief that they're not lovable. And those core beliefs tend to be built up in those very early relationships that we have. We can't necessarily choose those experiences. We choose whether born or the situations they have to deal with early in life.
