You have 30 minutes to establish trust, right? And so how do I establish trust really fast that this person can say, OK, well, I trust this guy. You want to be able to read those cues really quickly. If they're closed off and then they slowly start to have more expansive body language start to lean in, start to smile more than we're saying, now we're getting there. Now, what are some of those things that you do to warm somebody up if they're starting off a little bit closed off?
